1. Warranty Coverage

All eligible women’s dresses purchased directly from Elureix are covered by a 30-day quality assurance warranty, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

This warranty applies to manufacturing-related defects, including:

  • Production defects or manufacturing faults
  • Loose, broken, or defective stitching and seams
  • Faulty buttons, zippers, hooks, clasps, snaps, or other fasteners under normal use
  • Fabric defects that affect the appearance, fit, drape, or function of the dress
  • Defective straps, sleeves, collars, waistbands, elastic sections, linings, or adjustable details
  • Problems with prints, embroidery, lace, beading, sequins, pleating, ruffles, or decorative elements caused during production
  • Products that arrive damaged due to a manufacturing-related issue

2. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

This warranty does not cover damage or deterioration resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear caused by regular use
  • Incorrect washing, drying, ironing, steaming, or garment care
  • Shrinkage, fading, pilling, stretching, or color transfer caused by failure to follow the care instructions
  • Accidents, misuse, excessive pulling, improper handling, or unsuitable storage
  • Damage caused by jewelry, sharp objects, cosmetics, chemicals, perfume, or other external factors
  • Repairs, tailoring, alterations, hemming, or modifications performed after delivery
  • Incorrect sizing or changes in fit caused by personal preference or body measurements
  • Loss, theft, deliberate damage, or neglect

3. Submitting a Warranty Claim

If you believe your women’s dress contains a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team within the applicable warranty period.

To help us review your request efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear and detailed explanation of the issue
  • Photographs showing the complete dress and the affected area
  • Any additional information requested by our support team

We will examine the information provided and contact you with the outcome of our assessment.

4. Available Resolutions

If your warranty claim is approved, Elureix may provide one of the following solutions, depending on the nature of the defect and product availability:

  • A replacement product
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund
  • Store credit for a future purchase
  • Another reasonable resolution appropriate to the circumstances

The final resolution will be determined after the claim has been reviewed.

5. Warranty Review Time

Warranty claims are normally assessed within 3–5 business days after all required information and supporting photographs have been received.

If the claim is approved, instructions concerning the replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution will be sent to you by email.

6. Warranty Conditions and Limitations

This warranty is available only to the original purchaser and applies exclusively to eligible products purchased directly from the official Elureix website.

Proof of purchase may be required before a claim can be accepted. The warranty cannot be transferred to another person and does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this warranty is limited to the remedies described in this policy and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

7. Care Recommendations for Women’s Dresses

To help maintain the quality, shape, color, drape, and appearance of your dresses, we recommend following these garment-care guidelines:

  • Always check and follow the care label before washing.
  • Use cold or lukewarm water and a gentle detergent.
  • Wash delicate dresses by hand or use a suitable delicate machine cycle.
  • Place lace, embellished, beaded, sequined, or strappy dresses inside a laundry bag where appropriate.
  • Separate light, dark, and strongly colored garments before washing.
  • Avoid bleach, harsh chemicals, and strong stain-removal products.
  • Do not twist, wring, or excessively stretch delicate fabrics.
  • Air dry whenever possible and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Use a low ironing or steaming temperature suitable for the fabric.
  • Store dresses in a clean, cool, and dry place.
  • Hang structured dresses carefully and fold delicate knit dresses where appropriate.
